Cross Country Chase Betting Odds - 4:10pm Cheltenham

After the dust has settled from the Champion Chase, the paces eases somewhat as we go on to the Cross Country Chase. These races was introduced in 2005 so is still relatively new and love it or hate it, it does bring something different to the day’s events.

The almost unique nature of this race makes the form of the runners very hard to weigh up as nothing compares to this test, and it’s not surprising that you tend to get the same horses lining up and taking each other on time and time again. Enda Bolger is a trainer who has grasped this concept totally, he has trained four of the eight previous winners and also had a few placed horses. He trains for the owner JP McManus who has always supported these types of races whether here at Cheltenham or at Punchestown where they also take place.
